The comprehensive 3 Month True Vitality Coaching evolution is comprised of 36 One on One Phone Call Sessions ~ 3 weekly 30 minute calls. This Offer focuses on your Nutrition, Energy, and Lifestyle with personal Guidance and Accountability. In this Initial Phone Call Connection, we will define Your Highest Wishes for this 3 Month Evolution. After our Call, you will then book yourself 3 sessions a week in the True Vitality Coaching Sessions Offer. If you need to reschedule or cancel our call, please let me know 72 hours in advance via email.
